For anyone looking for a good company for HVAC, there is no one better than A-1 HVAC and its owner, Arthur Baldwin.
They helped us out this August, when, in 90 degree weather, our air conditioner failed us. He showed up right away, diagnosed the problem, and solved it.
Months later, because we were going to be selling the house, we wanted the most modern with and up-to-date coolant, so we asked him. He set up a date and replaced the whole system with something more modern, and we are completely satisfied. The price was reasonable, he and his men showed up on time and on the date we had set, and they worked without coming up for air and got the new ac installed and tested. Arthur, the owner, was patient and explained how to fill out paperwork for the extended warranty, directions for using the new machine and answered all our questions. He and his men cleaned up after themselves so that our garage looked brand new. HIs men were polite and considerate while working very hard. Arthur is knowledgeable and ethical, and if our second air conditioner, which we have never replaced ever needs replacing, we will contact Arthur and A-1 HVAC.

Arthur was able to fit me into his busy schedule, and had me up and running in no time. Arthur was very knowledgeable, and prices where fair and reasonable. Would recommend and use his services again.

We had a consistent problem with our 8 yr old boiler refusing to turn on. There was a history of too many people looking at it in the past and trying various fixes. It go to the point where we had no heat over Christmas. We called several people in to take a look and the general response was to spend around $8000 on a new boiler. Artie was the only one that took the time to go through our system and properly troubleshoot and repair the issue. Everything is working great now and for nowhere need the money we were being told to spend.

So Far Arthur has been great. Took time to explain my options and took calls and texts from me late night on a Friday night and Saturday morning. Customer service has been amazing I will update the review once the work is done.
